First Course

Fired Pancetta wrapped Jumbo Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp wrapped in Italian pancetta roasted
 Served with fired pesto sauce and frisee.
 
Dungeness Crab Cake with Warm
Wasabi Shriracha Beurre Blanc Sauce
Served over grilled baby bok choy.


Second Course

Lobster Bisquet Soup
 
Ginger Strawberry Salad
Organic Spring mix and frisee tossed with fresh apple, Strawberry,
Candy walnuts, Roquefort cheese and ginger strawberry dressing.

Third Course

Oak wood Cedar Slow Roasted Salmon
with Sun- Dried Tomatoes
Bagna Cauda Butter
Served with horseradish mashed potatoes and
steam broccoli rabe.
  Herbed Mustard Horseradish
Slow Roasted Prime Rib
with Rosemary Au Jus.
Marinated Prime Rib with fresh herbs, mustard and horseradish slow roasted
Served with baked potato and sautéed vegetables.
     
Rib Pork Loin Slow Roasted in Spicy Roasted Garlic Caper
Tomato Sauce
Served with caramelized onions scalloped potatoes and steam broccoli rabe.
  Chicken Cordon Bleu with Porcini Mushroom Cream Sauce
Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables.
